Destinations Resorts Worldwide, (DRW) is a for sale by owner and for rent by owner marketing and advertising company. DRW uses various marketing techniques to bring buyers, renters, and sellers together, and offers a service to timeshare owners who wish to rent or sell their timeshare properties.
Advertising and Marketing fees are due upon activation of services by Destinations Resorts Worldwide. Owners have a right to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide written notice to Destinations Resorts Worldwide to 37 N. Orange Ave STE 500, Orlando, FL 32801 or Via Email to [email protected]. Written notice must be sent within ten (10) days upon receipt of confirmation from DRW. Confirmation will be sent to the customer after payment is submitted and signed contract is received. Property will be listed within 72 hours of voice recorded payment authorization and verification. The initial term of advertising is ninety (90) days. This agreement will be considered fully fulfilled after the initial advertising term. DRW will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until the property is rented or sold upon written or verbal notification. Owners’ notification regarding any requested extension must be received by DRW prior to the end of the ninety (90) day period and prior to the expiration of each ninety (90) day period thereafter. Renewals shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
Destinations Resorts Worldwide does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. Because Destinations Resorts Worldwide does not provide real estate services, Destinations Resorts Worldwide has itself sold zero (0) vacation properties in the previous two (2) years. Additionally, since Destinations Resorts Worldwide clients have offline sales generated by offers made directly to the owner, Destinations Resorts Worldwide is unaware of the exact percentage of offers that result in sales. Destinations Resorts Worldwide has no knowledge regarding the average success rate of listings to sales because Destinations Resorts Worldwide is not involved in any negotiations related to the sale, rental, closing, or procurement of buyers of vacation property interests.
There is no guarantee that any particular vacation property interest can be rented or sold at any specific price or within any specific timeframe. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing Destinations Resorts Worldwide advertising will be promptly forwarded to the vacation property owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the vacation property owner can choose to handle the transaction independently or retain an independent broker or closing company. If the owner chooses to retain a broker or closing agent, there may be fees associated with the rental or sale that Destinations Resorts Worldwide has no control over.
Destinations Resorts Worldwide, is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort, RCI, Interval International, or any other outside entities. Destinations Resorts Worldwide is an independent for rent and/or for sale by owner marketing company.
